technically, motivation doesn't really exist. It's a combination of a whole bunch of things -- usually including some type of fear or intense desire. After all, the motivation battle is nothing but, "I think I can, "I think I still can," and "I'm doing it!" Because of that, we're going to hone in on three things: developing confidence, staying focused, and maintaining direction. And we're off!
